3. Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period
  • Unused credits remaining at cancellation are non-refundable

4. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failures: If the Service was unavailable due to our technical issues for an extended period
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amount charged
  • First-time Subscribers: Within 7 days of initial purchase (subject to usage limits)

Refunds are NOT available for:

  • Change of mind after 7 days of purchase
  • Unsatisfactory AI results (we cannot guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes)
  • Credits already used for generations
  • Account violations leading to termination

6. Processing Time

  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

7. Third-Party Payments

For subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (such as Creem, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store), refunds are subject to that platform's refund policy. Please contact the respective platform support for assistance.

8. Data Deletion Upon Refund/Cancellation
